Qualifications/Experience:

Essential -

Expert skills with instrumentation techniques, data acquisition tools, and data analysis

Expert in the use of LabVIEW and Signal Express data acquisition tools

Experience with hydraulic principles and actuation systems

Engineering Degree: BSc

Desirable -

Outline of Job Requirements:

• Set up and oversee various performance and environmental tests for actuation related components and systems.

• Convert Qualification Test Program requirements to succinct detail plans of test, and test solutions.

• Conform test equipment to requirements and assure data capture and analysis.

• Develop instrumentation, measurement, data acquisition and control systems for testing hydraulic actuation systems.

• Troubleshoot existing data acquisition systems as difficulties arise, or modify to accomplish changes in test or data acquisition requirements

• Work within a team environment to accomplish test program requirements and goals
