Pilatus selected Claverham (then trading as Fairey Hydraulics Ltd) to act as Design Authority for the entire hydrauilc system of the PC9.

the resulting PC-9 hydraulic system includes the following elements:

• selector manifold
• power pack assembly
• hydraulic pump
• shut off valve
• emergency accumulator
• sampling valve
